GHO Express is a Beirut-based logistics company that has been moving freight into, out of, and through Lebanon since 1971. We were founded by Mr. Awsaf Khalil Ghorayeb and have operated continuously for more than five decades, serving Lebanese exporters, importers, multinationals, government entities, and private individuals from the same city where we began.
Our two Lebanon offices anchor every shipment. The Beirut city headquarters at St. Charles City Center, Mina El Hosn, handles commercial operations, project management, and client services. The airport cargo office at the LAT Building in Rafic Hariri International Airport’s Cargo Village puts us on-site for air freight, perishable logistics, and time-critical shipments the moment a flight lands or departs.

What does a freight forwarder in Beirut do?
A freight forwarder coordinates every element of an international shipment so you don’t have to. GHO Express acts as your single point of contact in Lebanon, handling:

Lebanon’s main commercial port is the Port of Beirut. GHO Express books FCL (full container load) and LCL (less-than-container-load) consignments on direct and transhipment services to global destinations. We also arrange ro-ro for vehicles and out-of-gauge cargo. See sea freight.
Land freight across the region
For overland cargo to Syria, Jordan and beyond, GHO Express organises road freight in both directions. Land transport is often the most practical option for regional trade and for cargo that does not justify an air or sea shipment. See land freight.
Customs clearance in Lebanon
Our licensed brokers manage import and export declarations with Lebanese Customs, coordinate inspections, and prepare the documentation required by the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture and the Lebanese Standards Institution where applicable.
